Dustin and Courtney have recently come to the reality TV forefront when they were casted on the brand new show Tough Love Couples on VH1. These two are mid west born and raised in the small college town of Charleston, Illinois. They may look like Ken and Barbie but they definitely don’t have the dream relationship. Over the course of 8 weeks, America went along for a wild ride to see if these two had what it takes to make it through matchmaker Steve Wards Tough Love Bootcamp. These self proclaimed high school sweethearts (dating for 8 years) definitely kept us entertained and eventually captured our hearts.
