PART-TIME TALENT BOOKING AGENT

GA Agency, a fast growing talent booking company that specializes in nightclub/bar appearances for celebrities, reality stars, electronic djs, and recording artists, is seeking a motivated Part-Time Talent Booking Agent who is passionate and knowledgeable about entertainment and nightlife in the New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and/or Miami markets.

Talent Booking Agent shall assist in researching, engaging, and building a client base of talent and talent buyers, developing and negotiating prices and contracts, and acting as the liaison between the talent and talent buyers. Candidates should work well without supervision and be available for weekly phone conference with GA Agency management in Chicago.

This part-time position is an excellent fit for TV & recording industry representatives, talent managers, casting directors, nightclub managers & promoters, or publicists looking to leverage entertainment industry contacts and supplement income. This is a home based business opportunity with possibility of future full-time employment.

Qualifications
• Agency experience preferred.
• Entertainment and nightlife industry relationships.
• Project management experience with tactical thinking.
• Ability to prioritize deliverables and activities to meet timeline and objectives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong phone skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and self motivation.
• Strong software competencies (Excel, Word, Internet).

This position requires sales skills and heavy cold calling. Some travel might be required.
