Christian Banach started as a promoter in 1997 producing dance parties in local banquet halls. He would soon grow his promotions company, Global Adrenaline, to become Chicago’s premiere nightlife marketing and event production companies. Global Adrenaline has now hosted over 2,000 events including parties at the Super Bowl, Kentucky Derby, and Winter Music Conference with A-List stars such as Lady Gaga, Black Eyed Peas, and Pitbull. Global Adrenaline’s success has paved the way for other successful ventures such as Social Magnet, a guerilla and social media marketing firm for the fashion, alcohol/beer, and entertainment industries and GA Agency. Christian has leveraged his vast experience and network to quickly expand GA Agency to one of the leading talent booking companies for nightclubs and bars in the United States.

Big" Steve Honacki heads GA Agency and is an entertainment business veteran who possesses over a decade of experience in the radio and nightlife industries. As an on-air personality and music director for radio stations such as B96 in Chicago, KS-107.5 in Denver, and Z-104 in Madison, he has interviewed stars like Mariah Carey, Justin Timberlake, Jessica Simpson, and Enrique Iglesias. He has worked with many of the recording industry's biggest labels including Jive Records, Universal, Def-Jam, and Atlantic. Big Steve has also shined as an emcee and VIP door host for Chicago's top nightclubs Crobar and Enclave, while also djing guest spots at clubs such as Studio 54, Rain, and Wet Republic in Las Vegas as well as other top hotspots in Miami, Dallas, Phoenix, New Orleans, and Minneapolis.

Blaire Galaton is a top market radio personality and radio morning show executive producer who has been in the business since her high school days working at some of the biggest radio stations in the country like Q102 Philadelphia, Wired 96.5 Philadelphia, KYW1060 Philadelphia, Radio Now in Indianapolis, IN and G105 in Raleigh, NC. Currently, she is also heard on numerous stations on the east coast during morning drive time. However it was the thrill of booking and scoring those big interviews for radio that got her into the business of booking celebrities, musicians, politicians, and people of interest, for various other event opportunities. She currently lives in Philadelphia with her husband Brian and their crazy pointer pup, Wilson.
